    Introduction

Sing-Tao® Tank Bottom Diaphragm Valve is specifically designed for sanitation-sensitive industries (such as food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, and bioengineering). It is typically installed at the bottom of tanks, reactor vessels, or pipelines to control fluid discharge or shut-off. Its core structure employs a diaphragm (flexible membrane) as the opening/closing element. By compressing the diaphragm, the flow channel is opened or closed, ensuring complete isolation between the fluid and the valve’s internal components to prevent cross-contamination or residue retention.

    Design Advantages and Features

Sing-Tao® Tank Bottom Diaphragm Valve complies with international sanitary standards such as FDA, EHEDG, and 3A, featuring a high surface finish, dead-leg-free design, and easy cleanability. It is suitable for CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) processes, meeting the requirements for sterile production. The valve is constructed with food-grade elastomeric materials (e.g., EPDM, silicone, PTFE), offering high-temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.

  • Features

    ● Zero Dead Leg Design: The diaphragm valve features a smooth flow path with a cavity-free structure, ensuring complete isolation between the fluid channel and valve body to eliminate material residue and reduce microbial contamination risks.

    ● Leak-Free Sealing: The diaphragm, as the sole component in contact with the medium, tightly adheres to the valve body when closed, delivering a dual-seal mechanism with minimal leakage risk. This design is ideal for handling high-purity or high-value media.

    ● Corrosion & High-Temperature Resistance: The valve body is constructed from 316L stainless steel or specialty alloys, offering resistance to acids, alkalis, and solvents. Diaphragm materials (e.g., EPDM for 120°C, PTFE for 200°C) ensure compatibility with high-temperature sterilization processes.

    ● Easy Maintenance: The diaphragm is the only wearable component. Replacement can be performed without disassembling the valve body, significantly reducing downtime.
