Rock’s Brand SingTao Provides Valve Solutions for Biopharmaceutical Sterile Project

In June 2024, Rock’s hygienic valve brand SingTao announced that its sterile-grade control valves have been successfully applied to a sterile production project of a North American biopharmaceutical company. The project primarily involves fluid control systems in vaccine production equipment, requiring stringent standards for valve cleanliness, sealing performance, and corrosion resistance.

Currently, the first batch of valves has been delivered and put into trial operation. Customer feedback indicates no leakage or performance degradation during sterilization cycle testing. SingTao plans to leverage this project as a foundation to further develop a dedicated valve product line for the biopharmaceutical sector, covering additional application scenarios such as cell culture and purification.
